All orders will be dispatched once order is received. Orders will be delivered between Monday to Saturday excluding Public holidays (subject to their terms and conditions).

Please ring the office on (02) 9516 4297 should you wish to change any customer details.

In the event that there is no one in attendance at the nominated delivery address, the driver will leave goods.

Returns Policy

Should you need to return a product to us, please contact our sales team.  Any stock ordered in error will incur a charge of $5.00 plus 10% of value of goods.

Any returns other than defective goods must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, with no labels, stickers or writing on the product box. The return of goods considered to be defective is subject to testing by the manufacturer to determine credit or exchange of goods.  

Damage, Defects and Loss in Transit

Any complaint concerning damage, short delivery, or defect must be made within 24 hours of receipt. If the complaint is not made within that time, the Customer loses any right which the Customer may have had in respect of the complaint.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
